Indiana ABA Institute is searching for an Executive Support Specialist to the CEO to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications

  • Support the CEO in planning and executing organizational initiatives

  • Ensure efficient office operations and maintain organized documentation



Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
