The ideal candidate is a polished professional who can confidently communicate with senior executives, corporate stakeholders, media contacts, clients, and executive assistants supporting high-level leaders. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise.

This is an outcome-based partnership rather than a task-driven position, offering the opportunity to grow alongside the business with expanded responsibilities and increased compensation over time.

  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for appointments and scheduling priorities

  • Help maintain consistency in the executive's personal brand voice

Executive Presentations & Communications

  • Create and edit executive presentations, slide decks, and supporting materials
  • Assist with simple marketing graphics for speaking engagements and business communications
  • Review presentations and written materials for clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner supporting founders, executives, or senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, executive communications, inboxes, and travel logistics
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with polished business professionalism
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize independently
  • Sound judgment, strong ownership, and the ability to anticipate needs while working with minimal supervision
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and handling confidential information with discretion
  • Confidence communicating with senior executives, clients, media contacts, and external stakeholders
  • Experience supporting coaching, consulting, media, personal brand, or founder-led businesses is a plus
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, content publishing workflows, newsletters, and tools such as Riverside, StreamYard, or Substack is an advantage

What Success Looks Like

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Think several steps ahead and anticipate executive needs before they become urgent
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders
  • Take ownership and execute with minimal direction
  • Remain calm under pressure while managing multiple competing priorities
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and consistently follow through on commitments
  • Enjoy building systems, improving processes, and making businesses run more efficiently
