Executive Assistant for CEO and CMO

Plateful is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer kitchen brand focused on premium, safety-tested cookware and food preservation products designed for healthier, longer-lasting kitchen use. As Executive Assistant for the CEO and CMO, you will play a central role in helping two senior leaders stay focused, organized, and effective. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic business environment, brings strong judgment to day-to-day coordination, and can keep executive and marketing priorities moving forward with clarity and precision.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for the CEO and CMO
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up notes for executive meetings
• Arrange travel, itineraries, and logistics for internal and external engagements
• Track priorities, deadlines, and action items across marketing and executive initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between executives and cross-functional internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating business travel, including working with a travel booking platform.
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in an executive support context.
• Strong written executive communication skills, with discretion in handling confidential executive information while supporting CEO and CMO stakeholders.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Based in Israel.
• Available for working-hour overlap with Central Europe.
• 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced business environment is a plus.
• Experience preparing meeting materials, agendas, and executive follow-up documentation is a plus.
