About the Role
Responsible for providing executive assistance to the Tijuana Operations Site Leader and staff. Manages the agenda of the Tijuana Operations Site Leader and oversees travel arrangements, including the administration of AMEX T&E and the corresponding expense reporting. Coordinates service arrangements for internal and external visits to the plant. Ensures the standardization of travel and visit processes across the entire Tijuana plant. Performs business integrator functions.
What You Will Do
- Primary point of contact and liaison between the executive and Internal and external constituencies.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings (agenda, logistics, materials, and minutes).
- Tijuana Staff Management Team.
- Follow up on action items derived from the Plant Director’s meetings.
- Prepare executive presentations (PowerPoint) for business reviews.
- Support management reporting processes, coordinate and consolidate reporting inputs from multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely follow‑up, accuracy, and completion in line with business and corporate requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide administrative support for contracts, service agreements, and related business documentation in cooperation with other internal functions.
- Manage access, security, and logistics for visitors and travel arrangements.
- Submission of AMEX T&E expense reports on behalf of the executive.
- Agenda management, notification, and active support of any events impacting the executive agenda.
