Job Description

The Exclusive Agency (EA) Marketing Program Management Senior Consultant II supports the planning, development, and execution of complex and large-scale marketing programs designed for Allstate EAs to help them successfully increase awareness, drive consideration, and grow profitably within their local market

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs designed to support Exclusive Agency marketing plans
  • Lead end-to-end program planning from concepts and pilot design, launch, and optimization
  • Contribute to the design of strategies to drive growth and retention through collaboration with internal partners and external vendors overseeing onboarding, scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables
  • Manage multiple, complex marketing projects, including developing detailed project plans and timelines
  • Create and deliver educational resources, communications and presentations designed to ensure awareness and adoption of programs amongst varied stakeholder groups
  • Analyze and report on program performance using insights to modify or improve future programs
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing campaigns

Experience

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 68,500.00 - 115,600.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
