Estate and Document Attorney

We are looking for an attorney to assist our Tax and Wealth Management teams with Estate Planning.  You will be working directly with the client on a remote basis and will have direct contact with our clients and their other professionals 

This position is completely a remote position.  

Principle Duties

• Work with-in our team of professionals.

• Used created documents from Vertis's outside council or create your own!
• Conduct client meetings while providing leadership to the client and Vertis employees
• Stay up-to date with latest State Laws.
• Can work with other Law Firms:  Vertis can be a great referral source to expand your billable hours.
• WE GIVE YOU YOUR CLIENTS because THEY ARE ALREADY OUR CLIENTS!

Requirements 

• Entry level attorneys accepted (Must have passed State Bar)
• Compensation:  $250-$350 hourly
• Uncapped earning potential based on client density in your area
• No Travel
• Work an established book of business: Households with Average Client Assets $1 Million to $10 Million
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Innovative and Creative
  • Need to execute a proven presentation system
• Ability to lead groups and be decisive
• Time management and organization in order to meet KPI's
• Collaborative skills to accept and turn ideas into strategies with help of Tax, Business, and Financial Advisors.
