What We're Looking For

You are someone who:

• Has at least 3 years' experience in estate agency.
• Has a proven track record of winning instructions and building a strong pipeline.
• Is a natural relationship builder who earns customer trust.
• Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Wants greater control over their earnings and career.
• Is frustrated by the limitations of traditional estate agency.
• Understands that excellent service and achieving the best result for customers go hand in hand.
• Is flexible to work weekends and manage customers when they need you.
• Has the confidence to influence, negotiate, and advise customers.
