Experiencia en proyectos de contact center end-to-end
Conocimientos en:
IVR
Routing
Colas
CTI
Grabaciones
Supervisión y analítica
Experiencia en Salesforce Service Voice
Experiencia en Amazon Connect
Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio a soluciones técnicas
