We are looking for an experienced ERP & IT Systems Specialist to support and improve our business systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both IT systems and business operations and can help make our processes more organized, efficient, and reliable.
Responsibilities
Maintain and support our ERP system, database, workflows, and user access
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business data
Improve ERP workflows and help streamline business processes
Maintain data accuracy and system organization
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems as they arise
Work with sales, operations, accounting, and management to understand system needs
Support ERP implementation, system upgrades, integrations, and improvements
Provide general IT and system support as needed
Document system processes, procedures, and changes
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience working with ERP or business systems
Experience with database management, reporting, workflows, and system administration
Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of business processes and how systems support daily operations
Strong attention to detail and organization
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
