Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
Experience
- 1+ years of experience supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or other programming languages may be required.
Preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Certification may be required depending on the area the role supports (e.g., Oracle/PeopleTools Certified Expert Certification, Workday Administrator Certification, etc.).
- PeopleSoft HRIS experience
Other Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of business process analysis and ERP configuration.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to assist in system testing and end-user training.
- Familiarity with ERP software and system performance monitoring.
Preferred experience with PeopleSoft applications, including system configuration, support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
