Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support.
- Apply deep understanding of patient access, scheduling, and patient movement applications to optimize system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the Grand Central, Prelude, RTE modules.
- Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals.
- Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables.
Requirements
- Epic Grand Central, Prelude, and RTE Certification (required).
- Extensive experience with registration, scheduling, patient movement, and referral management workflows across Epic Grand Central, Prelude, and RTE modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
