As a Remote Customer Benefits Representative, you'll work virtually with individuals and families who need assistance understanding their available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. What You'll Do

• Identify client needs and explain appropriate coverage options

• Provide personalized recommendations based on individual and family needs
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment documentation

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be physically located within the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have access to a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients virtually
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
