What You'll Do

  • Meet with members virtually through phone or video appointments
  • Educate clients on available benefit options and answer their questions
  • Use digital tools to manage appointments, documentation, and client communication
  • Complete applications and maintain accurate electronic records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and organizational goals

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Able to successfully complete a background check
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or consulting is an asset, but not required—we provide comprehensive training for every new team member.
