We're expanding our virtual team and looking for people who are comfortable communicating, willing to learn, and interested in an opportunity where development and performance can lead to greater responsibility. You'll work directly with individuals who are looking for information about benefit programs. Rather than leaving them to navigate everything themselves, you'll provide guidance, answer their questions, and help them move through the process from beginning to end. The entire experience is virtual, from your initial training to daily appointments and team meetings. Your Main Focus There are three important parts to the work: Connect Meet with individuals through scheduled phone and video appointments. Ask questions, listen to what matters to them, and identify what information they need. Guide Review available benefit options, explain relevant details, answer questions, and help individuals understand the next steps. Follow Through Assist with electronic applications and documentation, maintain accurate records, and reconnect when additional information or support is required. Alongside these responsibilities, you'll participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching designed to help you continue developing. Starting Without Experience? That's not a problem. We're open to applicants from many different backgrounds, including those who have never worked in this industry before. You'll receive training on the systems, processes, benefit information, virtual tools, and daily responsibilities involved. Continued coaching is available after your initial training, so development remains part of the experience as you progress. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your ability to work well with people.
