What the day will look like

In this role, you will contribute to transformation initiatives by supporting structured organizational transition processes and collaborating with a diverse group of collaborators.

• Applying enterprise change management methodologies to support transformation initiatives end-to-end
• Contributing to change impact and readiness assessments across processes, roles, capabilities, and governance
• Translating operating model changes into clear and actionable communication, engagement, and adoption approaches
• Preparing and accomplishing change plans aligned with program achievements, including communication and training activities
• Collaborating with Transformation Planning & Execution Leads to identify change impacts, risks, and dependencies
• Supporting collaborator engagement through workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions
• Crafting accessible and audience-appropriate informational and educational materials for both leadership and employees
• Tracking adoption metrics, analyzing insights, and finding opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes
• Supporting activities that address resistance and reinforce balanced adoption
• Contributing to governance processes by preparing status updates, dashboards, and presentations
• Sharing knowledge and supporting team members in applying change management practices

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Experience supporting change management activities within transformation programs or complex projects
• Understanding of operating models and how organizational changes impact people, processes, and ways of working
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information in a clear, structured, and inclusive way
• Ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively with collaborators across different functions and backgrounds
• Analytical and problem-solving approach, with an interest in using data to improve adoption and engagement outcomes
