Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR)

An AI-powered creator marketing platform that connects brands with a network of Nano and Micro creators
across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, powering high-volume user-generated content (UGC) for paid campaigns on
Snap, Meta, and TikTok. We operate a two-sided marketplace where demand (Brands) and supply (Creators)
come together to produce content that performs.
As an Enterprise SDR, you are the first point of contact for the brands and agencies we most want to work with.
You will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across the KSA and UAE markets: researching enterprise
accounts, running calls-led outbound, and qualifying opportunities that turn into long-term, repeat clients. This is a
target-driven role for someone who knows the GCC market and consistently beats their numbers.
What You’ll Do
• Own outbound pipeline generation for enterprise brands and agencies across the Saudi and UAE markets,
prospecting into our core verticals: CPG/FMCG, fashion & lifestyle, and e-commerce & retail.
• Research and map target accounts, identifying decision-makers (marketing, brand, and performance leads)
and building account-level outreach strategies.
• Run calls-led, multi-channel outbound, with the phone as your primary tool into enterprise accounts,
supported by email, LinkedIn, and social, using prospecting tools such as Apollo to build and enrich
targeted lists.
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities against our ICP and qualification framework, focusing on
brands with real paid-media budget and repeat-buyer potential.
• Book and set up qualified meetings for Client Partners, ensuring clean handoffs and a memorable first
experience for every prospect.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity, contacts, and pipeline in HubSpot, keeping data clean
and reporting reliable.
• Personalize outreach to the GCC context: seasonal moments (Ramadan, Eid, White Friday), Arabic and
English audiences, and regional buying triggers.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets (meetings booked, qualified
opportunities, and contribution to closed-won).
• Partner closely with Client Partners, Marketing, and Creator Ops to sharpen messaging, targeting, and
conversion over time.
What You Bring
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales (required).
• Proven experience in enterprise prospecting and outbound into larger, multi-stakeholder accounts
(required).
• Confident, high-volume cold caller, comfortable making the phone your primary channel into enterprise
accounts in the GCC.
• Direct experience selling to or working with clients in Saudi Arabia and/or the UAE, with a strong
understanding of the GCC market.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales prospecting tools such as Apollo.
• A track record of consistently exceeding monthly targets and KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Arabic language ability is a strong advantage for
engaging regional accounts.
• A disciplined, outcomes-oriented mindset with strong attention to data integrity and follow-through
