Enterprise Architect

CTG is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic architecture and evolution of a next-generation enterprise AI platform. This role will drive architecture standards, governance frameworks, AI platform design, observability, model lifecycle management, and enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep Enterprise Architecture expertise with strong AI platform knowledge and executive-level communication skills.

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI platform architecture, roadmaps, and target-state strategies.
• Establish enterprise standards, governance frameworks, reusable patterns, and controls for AI services and model management.
• Design architecture for AI telemetry, observability, monitoring, and risk management at scale.
• Develop enterprise patterns for embedding AI capabilities into business applications and workflows.
• Evaluate AI technologies, models, and emerging trends to drive innovation and business value.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, security, risk, and data teams to align architecture with strategic goals.
• Translate future-state architecture vision into enterprise standards, principles, and implementation guidance.
• Support enterprise architecture governance, strategic planning, and technology investment decisions.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, reference models, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methodologies, and governance practices.
• Experience with AI platforms, AI governance, model lifecycle management, and enterprise technology strategy.
• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and software architecture patterns.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF or similar).
• Cloud platform certifications and experience with major cloud providers.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with generative AI, Small Language Models (SLMs), and enterprise AI platforms.
• Financial services or highly regulated industry experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology roadmaps and architecture transformation initiatives.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $51.67 to $86.11/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
