Enterprise and Business Architect Practice Lead (Internal Only)

Reporting to the Architecture and Data Strategy Tribe Lead, the Enterprise and Business Architecture Practice Lead is a predominantly customer-facing role. Approximately 90% of the role will focus on leading and delivering customer projects across Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture and Business Analysis.

The role translates business strategy, operating-model needs and customer requirements into clear architectures, capability models, value streams, requirements, roadmaps, governance arrangements and transition plans. The role works with Solution, Data and Technical Architecture colleagues where broader multidisciplinary input is required.

Approximately 10% of the role will be allocated to delegated line management and proportionate professional-practice support for a small, agreed group of Enterprise Architects, Business Architects and Business Analysts. This will focus on scheduled one-to-ones, formal objectives and reviews, essential people support, evidence-based feedback and limited knowledge sharing.

The role operates within the strategy, workforce plans, standards and priorities established by the Architecture and Data Strategy Tribe Lead. Wider capability ownership remains with the Tribe Lead.
