We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Enrollment Support Representative to assist families throughout the enrollment process. This role serves as a primary point of contact for prospective and current families, providing information, processing enrollment documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students.
Responsibilities
- Assist families with enrollment inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Process enrollment applications and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate student and family records
- Verify registration information and resolve discrepancies
- Schedule tours, meetings, and enrollment appointments
- Communicate program information, policies, and requirements
- Track enrollment status and follow up on outstanding documents
- Support administrative projects and data management tasks
- Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff
- Provide exceptional customer service to families and community members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service, admissions, enrollment, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
