Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages on Instagram, Whatnot, email, and other platforms
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
- Assist customers with:
- Shipping updates
- Order questions
- Missing packages
- Product inquiries
- Repack information
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Track orders and organize customer information
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issues
- Communicate updates clearly with the VividSportsVault team
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support requests
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and occasional outbound follow-ups
- Maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude in all customer interactions
- Manage and maintain basic social media presence (Instagram, Whatnot, etc.), including responding to comments/messages and helping keep pages active and customer-focused

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations at once
- Comfortable using Instagram, Whatnot, email platforms, and online systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and respond in a timely manner
- Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, Etc.)
- Experience with e-commerce or online customer support is a plus
