We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing infrastructure team that powers the web hosting products used by millions of customers worldwide. You'll help us solve real engineering challenges, keep our systems reliable, and build the foundation that powers millions of websites around the world.
You'll manage a small, senior team of engineers working across DevOps tooling and automation, self-hosted (Proxmox/bare-metal) platform infrastructure, and a GCP-hosted product footprint - and you'll work alongside other system, software, and network engineers who care deeply about performance, simplicity, and resilience. Together, you'll design, run, and evolve systems that don't just work, but stay fast and dependable under pressure.
This isn't a role where you follow playbooks - you'll write them. You'll balance technical execution with people leadership, dig into the details, automate what slows us down and share what you learn so the whole team gets stronger.

Lead and support a team of experienced engineers through regular 1:1s, goal setting, and day-to-day collaboration.
Contribute hands-on to infrastructure work - whether that's DevOps tooling, automation, platform reliability, or cloud infrastructure on GCP - covering the area where you bring the most value.
Own prioritization for the team: translate business needs into technical goals, help define quarterly focus areas, and make sure the team is working on what matters most.
Identify and resolve gaps - whether that's missing coverage, a reliability risk, a skill area to develop, or a process that's slowing the team down.
Help lead incident response and keep the team's systems dependable under pressure.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and other engineering managers.
Share knowledge with your team - guiding, reviewing, and helping raise the bar for how we build and maintain reliable systems.
Proven people management experience - you've led a team of experienced engineers before and are comfortable with 1:1s, feedback, performance, and team development.
Solid technical background in DevOps or infrastructure engineering, with a strong automation mindset and a genuine understanding of how systems work.
Hands-on experience with public cloud environments - any major cloud is fine, as the fundamentals transfer (direct experience with GCP is a plus).
Comfort with self-hosted / bare-metal infrastructure and virtualization.
Experience operating infrastructure at scale.
Programming or scripting knowledge - you don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable reading, reviewing, and writing code as part of your work.
Strong English communication skills.
Bonus: an infrastructure security mindset (secrets management, hardening, compliance).
🚀 360 Growth: We provide limitless learning opportunities: access to platforms like Reforge and Coach Hub, global conferences, physical and digital libraries, feedback culture, and mentoring through TesoXchange. Advance your career with internal mobility and grow with a team eager to share knowledge and support your success.
🎯 Freedom & responsibility: Work on your terms: from modern offices in Kaunas and Vilnius, the comfort of home, or anywhere in the world. Enjoy flexibility in managing your schedule and bring your ideas to life in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
💪Wellness simplified: Your health comes first with insurance from Day 1, gym memberships, recharge leave, Headspace subscriptions, and regular health checks. Join our wellbeing-dedicated events, sports, arts, and hobby clubs, or simply enjoy the balance of a lifestyle that prioritizes wellness.
🎉 Work hard – play hard: Celebrate your achievements with company events like Summerfest & Winterfest, Town Hall, Meet the Client initiatives, team-buildings, and workations. Enjoy access to the Žalgiris Arena VIP Lounge and celebrate life’s big moments with milestone gifts for weddings, new parenthood, and graduations.
Gross salary starting from 6000 EUR, depending on your experience and competencies.
