We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Marshal to serve as the ultimate electrical safety authority on our high-stakes projects. Key Responsibilities
● Readiness Walk-downs: Lead comprehensive walk-downs to verify that all systems are 100% ready for power application.
● LOTO Management: Oversee the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) process, ensuring every energy source is securely isolated and verified before work commences.
● Communication & Traffic Control: Manage real-time communication between vendors and trades to prevent accidental contact with live power.
● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.
● Hazard Tracking: Document every energization move and proactively track daily risks to maintain a zero-incident environment.
● Asset Protection: Implement physical barriers and protection protocols for sensitive equipment during the power-on phase.
Qualifications
● Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
● Certifications: Current OSHA and NFPA 70E certifications are mandatory.
● Experience: Hands-on experience in high-voltage environments such as data centers, substations, or industrial plants.
● Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with an obsessive attention to technical detail.
