Silvus Technologies is looking for a dynamic and highly visible finance professional to join our International Finance team, supporting the regional sales leadership. This is a critical role that acts at the "tip of the spear" to deliver growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven business.
The primary mission of this role is to act as a trusted financial advisor and strategic business partner to the sales leadership team. You will drive growth and profitability, deliver data-driven analysis, and provide commercial rigor to help our business partners execute their strategic and operational priorities. Our business will challenge not just your financial acumen, but also your ability to influence and collaborate across a broad range of colleagues and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Business Partnering & Commercial Support
Trusted Advisor: Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership to evaluate the overall performance and profitability of the business. Be comfortable both challenging and supporting the sales team at a senior level.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Team up with sales, strategy, legal, and product teams to align profitability expectations with the market positioning of new and existing business.
Contract Negotiation & Customer Resolution: Partner with the commercial team to negotiate complex commercial contracts, manage project risks, and successfully resolve any complex financial or commercial issues with customers.
Financial Planning, Forecasting & Analysis
Forecasting & Performance Monitoring: Lead regional budgeting and long-range planning while strictly tracking execution against sales, order and gross margin targets.
Strategic Data Insights: Pioneer innovative ways to visualize and present complex financial data, translating it into actionable, strategic insights for leadership.
Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify and manage financial risks and opportunities to ensure continuous transparency throughout the fiscal year.

Controllership, Accounting & Operations
Compliance & Credit Management: Support regional treasury and accounting teams to ensure strict adherence to corporate finance policies and local compliance standards. Actively manage customer credit exposure, oversee credit limits, and enforce robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
System & IT Support: Get involved in setting up products in order management systems and support the IT team in future system implementations.
Experience: 6+ years of experience performing various finance roles, preferably with direct experience supporting technology sales.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (such as CPA, MBA, or CFA) are a plus, but we highly value practical experience, strategic thinking, and a proven track record over formal academic credentials.
Fluent English (both written and verbal)
Analytical Skills: Quick learner and critical thinker with a proven ability to manage complexity and resolve problems effectively.
Communication: Exceptional communicator at the leadership level; effective at building relationships and working cross-functionally within a highly matrixed global organization.
