Role Overview

We are looking for a System Engineer / Feature Owner responsible for end-to-end ownership of EV Charging Gateway features throughout the development lifecycle. The successful candidate will analyze customer requirements, define system functionality, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, and support testing, calibration, and customer deliveries.

Responsibilities:

  • Own EV Charging Gateway features from concept to production.

  • Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications.

  • Define feature functionality and system parameters.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

  • Coordinate software, hardware, validation, and supplier teams.

  • Support feature integration, calibration, and vehicle testing.

  • Analyze feature performance during test drives.

  • Participate in technical reviews and project meetings.

  • Collaborate closely with software and test engineers.

  • Communicate with customers regarding technical topics.

  • Ensure project quality, timing, and compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • MSc in Electronics, Computer Science or related field.

  • Experience in System Engineering or Feature Ownership.

  • Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers.

  • Understanding of automotive electronics.

  • Experience with requirements analysis.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • MS Office proficiency.

  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to Have:

  • EV Charging systems.

  • CAN/CAN FD.

  • Automotive Ethernet.

  • Python.

  • Functional Safety (ISO 26262).

  • ADAS.

  • Calibration or validation experience.

  • Automotive standards (ASPICE).

  • Experience with Vector tools (CANoe/CANalyzer).
