We're growing fast and looking for a Figma Email Designer who's ready to hit the ground running.

Compensation & Role Details

• Full-time and Fully remote.

• $1500 USD per month.

• You must be set up and hired as a contractor.

• Fluent English required (written and spoken).

• Available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility of ±1–2 hours.

The Role

You'll be designing 6–8 high-quality email campaigns per day across multiple brands, each one unique, on-brand, and built to perform. This isn't production-line template work. You'll be crafting emails that look exceptional and convert, balancing creative ambition with the precision and speed a high-output agency demands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing polished, visually standout email campaigns in Figma — daily.

• Translating each brand's tone, personality, and visual identity into compelling design.

• Building layouts that are both aesthetically strong and performance-focused.

• Applying email UX best practices: hierarchy, spacing, readability, CTAs, and flow.

• Managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously without dropping quality.

• Collaborating closely with Account Executives, Managers, and fellow Designers.

• Continuously raising the creative bar across everything you touch.

What You Bring

• Proven email design experience with a portfolio that shows range and craft.

• Strong command of Figma.

• eCommerce or marketing email experience. You understand what drives clicks and conversions.

• Sharp eye for detail. Spacing, alignment, typography, and color are second nature.

• Brand adaptability. You can quickly read a brand's look, feel, and tone and run with it.

• Thrives under pace. You are comfortable juggling multiple brands in a high-output environment.

• Clear communicator. You are proactive, positive, and easy to collaborate with.
