Key Objectives

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client emails and chat messages with clear, concise, and courteous information.
  • Identify client needs and escalate complex issues to appropriate legal staff when necessary.
  • Document and track all client interactions accurately in the case management system.
  • Assist in preparing standard responses and FAQs to streamline communication efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and legal terminology.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws and company confidentiality standards at all times.

Qualifications
