About the Role

Eleve Talent is hiring a Recruiter to lead full-cycle searches across startup clients. This person will partner with founders, hiring managers, and internal team members to source, engage, evaluate, and close candidates across technical, product, go-to-market, and operations roles.

This is a great fit for someone with startup or high-growth recruiting experience who wants more ownership, more client exposure, and the opportunity to grow into a more strategic recruiting role over time.

What You Will Own

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage searches from intake through offer

  • Build sourcing strategies and engage qualified candidates

  • Screen candidates for capability, motivation, startup fit, and role alignment

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and keep searches moving with urgency and quality

  • Support offer processes and candidate closing

Client Partnership

  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities

  • Help clarify scorecards, must-haves, and candidate tradeoffs

  • Share market feedback and search insights with clients

  • Build trust through clear communication and consistent execution

Search Execution & Process

  • Manage active roles across multiple clients

  • Use ATS and recruiting tools to track activity, feedback, and next steps

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience

  • Experience recruiting in startup, high-growth, or technology environments

  • Experience supporting technical, product, GTM, operations, or similar business roles

  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

  • Ability to manage multiple active searches at once

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

  • Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting workflows

  • Curious, growth-oriented, and interested in using AI and modern recruiting tools

Location

Priority markets include Missouri, South Carolina, and Kansas.
