The BIM Specialist will model buildings in Revit or similar programs and must understand and review discipline specifications and project manuals. They will create accurate and constructible BIM models based on design information provided by clients.

Founded in 2007, we have positioned itself as the largest and most experienced BIM production service provider in the United States, having completed 5,000 BIM projects with a dedicated team of over 500 staff members. We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan to BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.
The Role:
A BIM Specialist, as its very name says, is the one who models the buildings in Revit or similar programs. Depending on their seniority or expertise, they can model one or more disciplines. Modelers at ENG must also understand and review discipline specifications, project manuals, and submittals (Quality Analysis), and be able to read the design information provided by our clients to create accurate and constructible BIM models.
