Qualifications: |
Required: - Undergraduate student (preferably L&S but this isn't a requirement) who is able to make a commitment through January (perhaps extended to May 2027). Candidates must be able to work during our busiest times of September and January 4th - January 29th. - Enthusiasm for contributing to a creative team & passionate about serving students and the educators who serve them. - A desire to work in an organization committed to engaging and inspiring the educators who impact the lives of multilingual learners. Optional: Students planning on earning a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or similar. |

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: |
Proficient with computer applications including Windows-based computing systems and Microsoft Office products. |

Position Summary/Job Duties: |
The Educator Outreach Specialist will reside in the Client Relations department, which supports educators of English language learners through a variety of products and services related to our Standards and Assessments. This position will be primarily responsible for the development and delivery of technical assistance to educators from WIDA Consortium member states in the form of answering questions about test administration, training course accounts, and the WIDA standards for use in instruction. Additional duties include supporting webinar presentations, user acceptance testing, and other duties as assigned. |
