EDA Solutions Engineer for RF/MW

We are looking for a passionate EDA Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team of Sales & Applications experts. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and customers to provide best-in-class solutions for high-speed digital and RF/microwave designs.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Partner with customers to provide technical expertise and innovative solutions in RF Component/System Design, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, SERDES, or Memory Design.
• Support EDA tool integration and optimization for cutting-edge electronic and semiconductor designs.
• Assist customers in their best practice adopting the software tools and optimize their success within customer’s design flows.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, fostering
  inclusivity and innovation in our global community.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Keysight EDA tools (ADS, SystemVue) or equivalent industry-standard EDA tools.
• A proactive mindset with strong customer engagement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present, persuade, and build relationships.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: RF Component or RF System Design
• Applications Engineering experience
• Knowledge of RF & High-Speed Digital, RF/Microwave, or Electronic System Level Design concepts.
• A self-starter attitude, comfortable with outreach and initiating customer interactions.
• Fluency in French and English
• French citizenship, as intreraction with A&D customers will be key

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Deep expertise in High-Speed Digital Design & Verification.
• Proven experience in Design Engineering, Application Engineering, or Customer Interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace
• Knowledge/experience with Signal Integrity/Power Integrity
• Knowledge/experience with SERDES Design
• Knowledge/experience with Memory Design
