We are seeking an experienced EC Core Global Template Leadto lead global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central initiatives, including multi-country template deployments, process harmonization, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global Employee Central implementations, strong HR domain expertise, and the ability to coordinate activities across business and technology teams.
This role requires a strategic professional capable of driving global template design, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple regions.
Lead the design, development, and governance of global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) templates.
Drive global and multi-country Employee Central implementation projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to standardize HR processes and data models across regions.
Manage and coordinate activities between business teams, technical teams, and implementation partners.
Oversee template deployment, localization requirements, and country-specific compliance considerations.
Identify and manage cross-stream and cross-module dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide guidance and direction to functional consultants and project workstreams.
Support integration design and implementation involving SAP CPI, Integration Center, APIs, and third-party systems.
Coordinate data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and cutover planning.
Ensure alignment between SuccessFactors Employee Central and on-premise SAP ECC environments.
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving resolution strategies.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Proven experience leading Global Templateand Multi-Country Employee Central Implementations.
Strong understanding of global HR processes, organizational structures, and employee data management.
Experience with SAP CPI, Integration Center, APIs, and SuccessFactors integrations.
Familiarity with SAP ECC (On-Premise)environments.
Experience with data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and lead distributed teams across multiple geographies.
Experience managing cross-functional and cross-module project dependencies.
Strong workshop facilitation, documentation, and leadership capabilities.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
Experience working on large-scale global transformation programs.
Experience with HR transformation and process standardization initiatives.
Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules is advantageous.
Experience working within multinational enterprise environments.
