Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced EC Core Global Template Leadto lead global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central initiatives, including template design, multi-country deployments, process harmonization, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving Employee Central global template strategy, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams while supporting enterprise-wide HR transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design and governance of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Templates.

  2. Drive multi-country Employee Central implementation projects.

  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to standardize HR processes and data models.

  4. Coordinate activities across business, functional, and technical teams.

  5. Manage localization requirements and country-specific configurations.

  6. Oversee data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

  7. Support integration design and implementation using SAP CPI, Integration Center, and APIs.

  8. Ensure alignment between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC environments.

  9. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  10. Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

  11. Direct supporting consultants and coordinate cross-stream activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

  2. Proven experience leading Global Template and Multi-Country EC Implementations.

  3. Strong understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and employee data management.

  4. Experience with SAP CPI, Integration Center, APIs, and SuccessFactors integrations.

  5. Familiarity with SAP ECC (On-Premise).

  6. Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.

  7. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  8. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.

  2. Experience in large-scale global HR transformation programs.

  3. Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules.

  4. Experience working in multinational enterprise environments.
