About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven eBay Specialist to manage and grow our eBay marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in eBay account management, product listing optimization, sales growth, order management, and marketplace performance.

You will be responsible for maintaining the health of the eBay store, improving product visibility, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day eBay marketplace operations and account activities.
• Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality eBay product listings.
• Conduct product research and identify profitable products and market opportunities.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, item specifics, images, pricing, and keywords to improve search visibility and conversion.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and product performance.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, revenue, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Manage inventory, pricing, orders, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
• Monitor eBay account health, seller performance, defects, late shipments, and policy compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, disputes, and cases professionally.
• Track and analyze sales performance and marketplace metrics.
• Coordinate with sourcing, fulfillment, customer support, and other relevant teams.
• Identify underperforming listings and implement strategies to improve their performance.
• Stay updated with eBay policies, algorithms, marketplace trends, and best practices.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in eBay marketplace management.
• Strong understanding of eBay Seller Hub and marketplace operations.
• Proven experience in product listing, optimization, and sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of eBay SEO, product research, pricing, and competitor analysis.
• Experience managing orders, inventory, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
• Good understanding of eBay seller performance metrics and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience working with the US eBay market will be highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eBay private label, or retail arbitrage.
• Familiarity with product research and analytics tools.
• Experience managing high-volume eBay stores.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace SEO and conversion optimization.
• Previous experience working with international e-commerce teams or US-based clients.
