We need an experienced e-learning content author who can take finalised course drafts and author them accurately into the Sana Learn LMS. This is not an LMS implementation role, a curriculum design role, or a content writing role. The focus is hands-on LMS authoring: translating approved module and card structures into polished, learner-ready Sana courses at pace.
The ideal candidate has strong e-learning authoring experience, excellent attention to detail, and a good eye for digital learning layout. Sana Learn experience would be a bonus, but it is not essential. More important is the ability to work methodically through a high volume of content, follow detailed authoring guidance, and make sound layout decisions that improve readability, flow, and learner comprehension.
The author will follow the exact module and card structure provided in the course draft, then use their e-learning experience to decide how the content is best laid out on the page. This includes organizing text into clear blocks, using columns effectively, balancing spacing and padding, and combining copy with simple visual elements such as themed gradient images and icons to support chunking and reading flow without distraction.
They should be confident selecting and configuring appropriate card types and interactive elements. They will need to follow shared authoring guidelines so all courses have a consistent look and feel.
