E-commerce Web & Email Designer

Job Summary

We're looking for an E-commerce Web & Email Designer who can support both our Shopify
website projects and Klaviyo email work. This is a hands-on design role for someone who
understands e-commerce, has a strong visual eye, and is comfortable taking designs from
concept through implementation.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level
  Minimum).
  ● Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
  ● Design high-quality email campaigns and automated flows in Figma.
  ● Build and format email campaigns and flows inside Klaviyo.
  ● Create and edit responsive HTML email templates when needed.
  ● Make ongoing design and content updates to Shopify websites.
  ● Design landing pages, product pages, promotional sections, banners, and other
  e-commerce experiences.
  ● Translate existing brand guidelines into polished web and email designs.
  ● Ensure designs work well across desktop and mobile.
  ● Make basic front-end adjustments using HTML and CSS when necessary.
  ● Prepare and optimize graphics and other digital assets for web and email.
  ● Maintain visual consistency across websites, landing pages, campaigns, and
  automated email flows.
  ● Collaborate with the team to turn briefs, references, and feedback into finished
  designs.
  ● QA website and email work before launch, checking responsiveness, links, spacing,
  typography, imagery, and overall presentation.
  ● Work across multiple client brands while adapting to different visual identities and
  design systems.

Nice to Have:

● Strong experience with Figma.
● Experience designing websites or landing pages, preferably for e-commerce brands.
● Experience designing and building emails in Klaviyo.
● Working knowledge of Shopify and Shopify themes.
● Understanding of HTML and CSS, particularly for making design-focused edits.
● Experience creating responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
● Strong understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, imagery, and layout.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies before work goes live.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and client brands at the same time.
● Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
