About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Catalog & Listing Maintenance
Execute the setup and launch of new product listings across 5 platforms, ensuring 100% accuracy in titles, descriptions, and attributes.
Perform regular "Health Checks" on listings to fix suppressed content, broken images, or categorization errors.
Conduct bulk price updates and promotional price adjustments.
Manage the upload and organization of digital assets (images, videos, and A+ content) across all brand portals.
Inventory & Price Syncing
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliations with our 3PL
- Daily cross-check pricing across all platforms to ensure price parity
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an ecommerce Virtual Assistant Specialist, relevant experience with Amazon, Walmart, Target is preferred.
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to follow complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work independently with minimal supervision.
