Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and data-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead digital growth initiatives across our e-commerce business. This role combines performance marketing expertise with strong technical fluency and cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales. The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-channel digital marketing programs, optimizing the e-commerce customer journey, and working within a complex marketing technology stack to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue performance. Who you’ll work with: Working as part of the Campaign Engine and reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role works closely with Category/Product Management, Sales, and the Content & Digital team to ensure that we have a holistic strategy that helps drive results! What You’ll Do: E-Commerce Growth & Digital Marketing Develop and execute integrated e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, new customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth. Own the end-to-end customer experience across youngspecialties.com, our e-commerce site, and younginnovations.com, our marketing site, including ongoing improvements, maintenance, and data accuracy. Own site merchandising, including homepage layout, category structure, featured products, promotional content, and campaign placement. Manage a documented pipeline of UX improvements, site fixes, and enhancements in partnership with IT and external development vendors. Troubleshoot site issues, support implementation of fixes, and make updates when needed. Lead digital campaigns across search, social, email, SEO, display, and other relevant channels. Own promotional calendars and collaborate with Product Management and Creative teams to support general e-commerce, seasonal campaigns, and special initiatives. Monitor and optimize conversion funnels, web pages, advertisements, and customer journeys. Analyze campaign and site performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Marketing Technology & Technical Stack Management Partner with operations to customize the e-commerce marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, CDP, analytics, personalization, tagging, attribution, and marketing automation tools. Partner with Product on tracking, data quality, integrations, and platform enhancements. Ensure accurate reporting and attribution across digital channels via standardized dashboards. Evaluate/recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and customer experience. Analytics & Performance Optimization Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure e-commerce effectiveness. Conduct multivariate testing to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates. Use data to identify opportunities for personalization, retention, and lifecycle improvements. Forecast campaign performance and manage marketing budgets efficiently. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring: 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital and e-commerce strategy. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, Analytics, or a related field. Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, IT, Engineering, Creative, and agencies. Experience managing project, promotional calendars, testing plans, and stakeholder communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data, technical requirements, and campaign performance into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams. Technical Skills Strong working knowledge of e-commerce analytics, including traffic sources, conversion rate, funnel performance, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, average order value, retention, and customer lifetime value. Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc. Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce platforms, CMS platforms, tagging, attribution, and customer data tools. HubSpot experience is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with e-commerce/CMS platforms such as WooCommerce, WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe Commerce / Magento; familiarity with platform administration, product catalog management, and site configuration is strongly preferred. Compensation Range:$ 115,000 - $130,000 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs. Physical Requirements/Working Locations Office/Remote Environment This position is based in an office environment and is primarily sedentary in nature. It requires regular use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Some roles may involve wearing a headset and sustained computer use for 8 or more hours per day. Employees may be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, and occasional bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
