  • Owning and coordinating delivery of improvements, enhancements and projects across the platform estate.
  • Building strong partnerships with stakeholders across services, fundraising, marketing, data and technology teams.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate activities and enhance user experience.
  • Providing technical leadership and governance to ensure solutions are maintainable, secure and scalable.
  • Managing, coaching and developing a team of CRM specialists.
  • Working with external suppliers and Microsoft partners to ensure effective delivery and value for money.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex system, process and data issues.
  • Experience leading and developing technical teams.
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience working with data governance, security and compliance requirements.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience delivering projects using Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
  • Salesforce knowledge or experience.
  • Experience of Microsoft Fabric or other data warehouse technologies.
