• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in fluent Dutch, ensuring an exceptional level of service at all times

• Resolve customer complaints, travel disruptions, and post-booking issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
• Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, destination knowledge, visa regulations, and tourism industry developments relevant to Dutch-speaking markets
• Collaborate with internal teams, travel suppliers, and partner agencies to ensure seamless travel experiences for all clients
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the tourism operation

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position
• Previous experience in travel consultancy, tourism, hospitality, or a related customer-facing industry is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are considered a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating excellent time management, organisation, and self-motivation
