Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking clients across various platforms.

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline support processes and enhance the user experience.

• Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding performance KPIs and service level agreements.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is strictly required.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for the customer support services industry.
• Strong proficiency in English for internal reporting and team collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, multicultural work environment in Sofia.
• Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
