Key Responsibilities

• Resolve technical queries or supply issues related to electricity and gas services in a professional manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information on energy market updates.
• Maintain detailed customer records within the CRM to ensure a seamless service experience in the energy industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve service delivery for our clients.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport or valid Greek work permit.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude toward client relations in the energy sector.
• Proven ability to adapt to remote work environments while maintaining productivity.
• Prior experience in a client-facing or advisory role is highly valued for this position.
• Residency within Greece is required for this specific role.
