Your Role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor, you will:

• Provide professional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their questions, requests, and account-related matters.
• Deliver personalized solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Use internal systems and tools to provide accurate and efficient support.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different countries to maintain excellent service standards.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a new culture and working environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Full training will be provided.
