Core Duties & Everyday Responsibilities

As a Remote Travel Coordinator, your daily routine will consist of:

• Omnichannel Communication: Handling incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with polished, professional fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Complex Problem Solving: Investigating and resolving intricate booking discrepancies and billing questions efficiently, while maintaining a patient and empathetic demeanor.
• Expert Advisory: Keeping up-to-date with global travel regulations and internal software systems to provide accurate, top-tier guidance to travelers.
• Data Management: Logging all customer interactions meticulously in the company CRM to ensure comprehensive and precise history tracking.
• Performance Goals: Meeting personal productivity metrics while cooperating with a multicultural team to maintain high service standards.

• Language Proficiency: C2-level (native or bilingual) mastery of Dutch, paired with a solid command of business English (at least B2 level) for internal corporate communication.
