Conduct rigorous data migration validation to ensure accuracy and consistency between legacy systems and new cloud environments.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, collaborating with stakeholders to validate US State Rollouts and ensure compliance with regional mandates.
Perform end-to-end integration testing to verify seamless connectivity between Duck Creek components and external third-party systems.
Manage and execute regression testing suites to confirm that new updates or patches do not disrupt existing functionalities.
Utilize API testing tools and Postman to validate service endpoints and ensure robust data exchange mechanisms.
Maintain detailed test documentation and track defects using Jira, providing regular status reports to project management teams.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance within the IT Services sector.
