About the Role

Essential Technical Knowledge:

• Real-Time Monitoring & Analysis (RTOC): Continuous monitoring of critical real-time operational parameters to mitigate risks, maximize mechanical efficiency, and ensure wellbore integrity.
• Advanced Modeling & Simulation: Execution of predictive hydraulics, and torque and drag (T&D) analysis to optimize the mud weight window and energy transmission to the bit.
• ROP Engineering, Roadmaps & Analytics: Lead the analysis of drilling KPIs (NPT, ILT, Flat Time), optimizing ROP through the calculation and design of Drilling Roadmaps based on MSE (Mechanical Specific Energy), formation signatures, and technical limits (Limiter Analysis).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Geosciences, Well Engineering, and Operations) to align optimization strategies with safe and cost-effective asset delivery goals.

Soft Skills:

• Operational Leadership: Critical real-time decision-making based on data analytics and drilling engineering.
• Assertive Communication: Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for the client (Company Man, Geosciences, Engineering).
• Results-Oriented: Focus on solving complex technical problems to maximize ROP and reduce NPT.
• Resilience & Autonomy: Efficient management of critical operations and service stability under high-pressure field conditions.
• Advanced English (C1): Technical proficiency and fluency to interact with global teams and draft engineering reports.

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in managing, analyzing, and interpreting real-time drilling data platforms.
• Availability to work flexible shifts and on-call rotations (24/7) to support operations in different time zones.
