Job Description:

Vitalant is seeking a Donor Outreach Service Representative dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Donor Outreach Service Representative is vital. Support Vitalant's life saving mission by servicing inbound contact center channels to resolve donor concerns or inquiries with scheduling donor appointments.

As a Donor Outreach Service Representative, you'll get to

• Respond to inbound channel questions and concerns utilizing multiple systems such as calls, voicemails, and texts.
• Utilize eProgesa system to resolve donor eligibility questions.
• Accurately respond to multiple blood center brands within the inbound channels.
• Effectively achieve quality and efficiency metric goals.
• Award Hero Reward points and other retention support tools upon approval or within provided guidelines.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months Donor Outreach Coordinator experience preferred.
• Donor eligibility training preferred.
