District Manager

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Lead & roll out standardized empowerment SOPs for Store Leaders/District Managers/DS trainers.

2. Lead & provide TTT & on-site coaching shadowing for SL/DS/DS trainer.

3. Store Leader/District Manager/DS trainer training task supervision, annual evaluation.

4. Store service audits and assessments. Utilizing data insights to identify gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.

COMPETENCY

1. Strong business acumen and strategic alignment capability.

2. Trainer development, TTT facilitation, and capability-building expertise.

3. On-site performance diagnosis and targeted coaching capability.

4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

5. Performance evaluation, talent assessment, and team motivation capability.

6. Data analysis and digital learning performance monitoring capability.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 5+ years of training experience with renowned brands.

2. Proven experience in retail training, trainer TTT, and field coaching.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

4. Strong command of English and Mandarin, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
