Director Transformation Enablement

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to help organizations navigate complex digital transformation and turn ambitious strategies into lasting change. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior executives to shape transformation strategies, design future-state operating models, and build the frameworks and capabilities that enable organizations to evolve and scale. You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy, organizational transformation, and execution—bringing together people, processes, technology, and data to drive meaningful, measurable business impact.

Travel for team and client meetings is required, typically up to 15%.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive leadership to define digital transformation strategies, roadmaps, and target operating models.
• Design and implement transformation operating models, governance frameworks, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) that enable sustainable organizational change.
• Assess organizational readiness across people, process, technology, data, and culture, identifying gaps and opportunities for transformation.
• Lead workflow redesign and process optimization, defining future-state processes, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.
• Develop and execute enterprise digital product adoption strategies, ensuring new capabilities integrate effectively into existing operating environments.
• Partner closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to align product strategy with organizational readiness and business objectives.
• Build organizational capabilities through upskilling strategies, transformation frameworks, playbooks, training programs, and knowledge transfer.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track adoption, operational impact, transformation progress, and business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, facilitating alignment and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
• Serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on transformation leader, moving seamlessly from strategy and recommendations into implementation and execution

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, change management, management consulting, or operational enablement.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including operating models, governance frameworks, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Product Strategy and Product Management, including product operating models, prioritization, customer needs, and alignment with business goals.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on implementer, taking initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders, with strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of organizational change, operational readiness, workflow/process redesign, and capability building.
• Experience building frameworks, processes, or transformation capabilities, rather than solely executing established methodologies.
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive alignment through ambiguity.
• Strong data literacy and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to define success metrics and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Experience with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), transformation offices, PMOs, or similar enterprise transformation structures is highly valued.

Colorado Applicants (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act Disclosure):  The starting salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is estimated to be between  $175,000 to $205,000 annually.  This salary range is specific to Colorado residents only, and provided as a general estimate.  The amount offered may be higher or lower. Method  takes many factors into making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations. 

New York City Applicants (New York City Local Law 32;  Pay Transparency Law):  The starting salary range for this role to be performed in New York City is from $192,000 to $230,000annually. This salary range is specific to New York City residents only, and provided as a general, good faith estimate. The amount offered may be higher or lower. Method takes many factors into making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
