General Description:
The Director of Sales is primarily responsible for new revenue generation within the homebuilding industry, with a focus on builders closing between 50 and 1500 homes annually. This position will focus on selling Hyphen solutions ERP software, BuildPro and other software solutions (i.e., BidConnect, SWIM, Inspections, Warranty and Lien Release) into the single family Homebuilder market.
This position requires a smart, driven and passionate candidate who comes with an ability to comfortably sell into all levels of an organization. Ideally, the candidate will have some homebuilding industry knowledge and contacts, but most importantly must be able to quickly associate Hyphen’s Value Statements to the issue/pain the potential client is experiencing.
