About the Role
Staritas is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead, modernize, and scale its engineering organization. This role is responsible for software delivery, team leadership, platform modernization, DevOps maturity, production reliability, software quality, and responsible AI adoption.
The Director will lead engineering managers, technical leads, and software teams building secure, scalable, business-aligned enterprise applications. This leader will partner with Product, Architecture, Data, Security, Infrastructure, Operations, and business stakeholders to turn strategy into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

What We Offer
Travel
Up to 10% travel, based on business needs. While our roles are 100% remote, we do get together a few times a year for up to one week. Employees are given ample notice and attendance is expected.

Pay Transparency Statement
Staritas posts compensation ranges and benefits for all open roles. The compensation range for this position is $155,000 - $185,000, plus performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation offered will depend on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
